D|sh has started switching most of their premium channels over to the new Nagra3 encryption scheme.
No FTA fixes are currently available to let you get these channels back right now.

C/P from another site: N3 Cards Swap Pushed Back
the nag3 card swap dates have changed!! NOW the dates for this to be complete are august or September. have problems with some box's and have to be replaced. ~ some box's like the cardless HD boxs are not taking it too well!! I ~ have two subs that now need replaced ~ black dead no power at all. ~ hear there's a list of sub receivers that will not take it and now have to swapped out...

All eyes will be on Capitol Hill this week when lawmakers debate legislation that could delay the nation's transition to digital TV.
Jay Rockefeller, the West Virginia Democrat and chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee, is taking his DTV postponement bill to the Senate floor sometime this week. His provision would delay the digital TV switch to June 12, yet allow broadcasters to make the transition prior to that date.

The early weeks of the new congressional session has seen the introduction of old legislation aimed at the satellite radio business.
Rep. Gene Green (D-Texas) has again unveiled a measure that takes aim at satellite radio - specifically the merged Sirius XM - and any efforts by that platform to offer localized service. The bill from Green, known for his past efforts targeting the satellite radio business, is known as the Local Emergency Radio Service Preservation Act of 2009.
